New York Yankees pitcher, Joba Chamberlain, a native of Lincoln, Nebraska, stopped in at Holmes Elementary School on Friday, August 26, and gave a lot of hugs and high fives. He also gave something else, document cameras and projectors for the school and a promise to match funds for more technology later this year. Students enthusiastically responded to Joba’s visit and will certainly benefit from his generosity. Thank you so much, Joba!!
